Melanie provides comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
She has extensive experience in evaluating neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), alongside cognitive, emotional, and behavioural functioning. Dedicated to demystifying the assessments, Melanie works closely with parents to translate clinical findings into practical, actionable strategies, that help children thrive across home and school environments.
In therapy, Melanie supports young children and adolescents in navigating emotional regulation, impulse control, and behavioural challenges, creating a safe, engaging space to build adaptive coping skills. She also works with adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality difficulties, life transitions, and burnout. Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), her approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique strengths and values.
Melanie adopts a collaborative approach that empowers clients of all ages to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and personal growth at their own pace.
